Congratulations and a big thank you to all who took part in the Punch Through Hunger event

You achieved almost 15000 punches between you and raised over £125.00 for the Trussel Trust to

help under-privileged children this Christmas.

As a whole, martial arts clients of Nest Management managed over 300,000 punches, a little short of target but still a good effort.
